Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal

To stay up-to-date with studio info, we are using Dance Studio Pro. Once registered, you will be sent a link for your child's account. From this link, you will be able set a new password, pay and check your child's tuition, see information regarding your child's classes, costumes, music, etc. Also announcements and reminders will be posted.


Tuition is due on the 20th of each month. Through the Dance Studio Parent Portal, you can set up auto draft to have your tuition paid from your account each month. Payments may be dropped off during studio hours. Please put the payments in an envelope with your child's name on the outside and place it in the drop box located inside the studio by the front door.

*We follow public school holidays. We WILL HAVE class on Inservice, Parent/Teacher Conferences, Fall break and Early Dismissal days.


Students may bring individually wrapped treats to hand out at the end of classes the week before a holiday. Check lobby for number of students in each class. 


Costume Try-on & Pick-up: This is usually done on a Saturday. You and your dancer(s) need to stop by the dance studio to try-on costumes to make sure they fit correctly and have time to exchange costumes if needed. The process should only take 15-20 minutes. Costumes must be paid in full to take them home. 


Picture Day, usually in April: Picture times will be emailed and posted in the lobby. Please arrive on time and in costume to keep photos running smoothly. Individual picture packages may be purchased from the photographer. Forms will be given one week prior to Picture Day.


2024-2025 Recital "Dancing Through the Decades": Our 12th Annual Recital will be held near the end of May at Angelle Hall on the UL Lafayette Campus. General admission, $10 per person.


Dress Rehearsal: held the same week as recital. Only dancers and moms allowed.


Information will be provided at the beginning of May. 



Recital Info: Audience can arrive 1 hour before performance time. Awards begin 30 minutes prior to the performance. It is General Admission. Tickets will be available to purchase through the studio two weeks prior to the recital for $10 each. Children 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter, unless they will be sitting in a seat and not on your lap. Performance runs right at 2 hours. 


With your paid recital fee, you will receive 1 mom backstage pass/ticket, plus 4 tickets; dancers do not need a ticket since they will stay backstage. For additional siblings that are registered, will receive 2 extra tickets.
